Procedure: Face Lift.
Patient
Concerns: This 61 year old female was
concerned about facial drooping and jowl formation.
Patient also underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty
at the same time.
Dr.
Markus’ Treatment: Face-lift and
neck lift was performed. The neck muscles were
tightened and the redundant fat was sculpted.
Jowl fat was also sculpted. Fat sculpturing can
be accomplished under direct vision safely. The
skin flaps were then appropriately tightened to
make for a tighter, smoother and younger looking
appearance. An interior incision was made inside
the ear to minimize scar visibility.
