Procedure: Upper and lowe blepharoplasty
(eye).
Patient Concerns: This 46 year old
female was 5'4" tall and weighed 130
pounds. She was concerned with the fullness
of the upper and lower eyelids and had a
marked amount of upper eyelid skin. In addition,
this patient was concerned about bilateral
brow drooping and brow asymmetry and she
underwent an endoscopic brow-lift at the
same time.
Dr.
Markus' Treatment: Upper lid blepharoplasty
was performed. A small strip of underlying
muscle was removed to assist in the formation
of an upper eyelid crease and fat was also
removed. Lower lid blepharoplasty was performed
with removal of bulging fat and skin contouring.
