Procedure: Bilateral breast augmentation.
Patient
Concerns: This 42 year old female
was 5’8”, weighed 135 pounds
and wore an A brassiere. She was concerned
about her breast size relative to her frame
and wanted a larger chest.
Dr.
Markus’ Treatment: Bilateral
breast enlargement was performed using a
crease incision for submuscular placement
of textured anatomic saliene filled mammary
implants. Because there was little breast
tissue present, the implants were placed
under the muscle to avoid implant edge visibility
superiorly. In addition, the level of the
lower breast crease was lowered 0.3 inches
to allow for improved breast form. 270cc
implants were placed and this patient’s
breast size changed from an A-cup to a C-cup.
Patient
Comments: ‘Highly recommend
the procedure and the Dr. and staff. It
was a positive experience from beginning
to end. I wish I did it sooner. I never
felt any questions went unanswered. A very
professional and courteous staff. I always
felt I was involved in any decision making
process.’
